 Welcome to our lab in the Department of Genetics, one of ten basic sciences departments in the Sue Golding Graduate Division of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.  We are located in the Ullmann Building room 813.

We are studying general transcriptional regulators and the SUMO pathway, and are developing methods for systematic genetic overexpression screens in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.  You can take a look at our current research summary and a list of recent publications here.
Update on our Systematic 2 micron yeast genomic library
A paper describing the construction of our  2 micron library is now available on-line at Nature Methods.  We have constructed a web page to assist in the use of this library in genetic screens. You can access that page here. The library is being distributed by Open Biosystems.
