 Welcome to our lab in the Department of Genetics, one of eleven basic sciences departments in the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

We are studying links between the SUMO, ubiquitin, and general transcriptional regulatory pathways in the budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae.  You can examine our current research summary and a list of recent publications here.
Update on our Systematic 2 micron yeast genomic library
A paper describing the construction of our  2 micron library is now available on-line at Nature Methods.  We have constructed a web page to assist in the use of this library in genetic screens. You can access that page here. The library is being distributed by Open Biosystems.

We have now transferred the library inserts from a 2 micron vector to a CEN URA3 vector and closed many of the gaps in the library. A paper on the new CEN library has been submitted, and the CEN library will made available as soon as arrangements can be finalized.  Stay tuned for updates.
